Welcome to Dub Academy

Dub Academy is an independent DJ & Music Production school in Austin, primarily teaching you how to DJ and Produce. Our motto, “Old School Philosophy with New School Technology”, means our certified instructors provide students with vinyl wisdom while using the latest production software to begin their musical path.   Our facility is state of the art, friendly and has a great vibe.  Our instructors are subject matter experts, patient, love what they do... and it shows. Through the Eyes of a Student

Follow one of our students (Eric Bui) as he takes on our DJ 101 class here at Dub Academy! In this mini documentary (shot by Karan Sethi) you will be able to walk in the foot steps of someone who has always had a passion for music with that inner DJ hidden inside. Eric finally made that leap and decided to enroll at Dub Academy to take on the challenge of this amazing industry of being a DJ! Watch this first episode as he completes DJ 101.
